All windows and floors are made from solid teak wood which which give the house a warm cosy feeling. Phuket Villa – Design
The 5 bedroom villa is on 3-storeys. Ground floor features a large salt water pool, 5th bedroom with bathroom and storage. On the first floor there is an open living area with panoramic sea view surrounded with a wrap-around balcony, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, pantry-size bar and TV room equipped with a l arge-screen plasma TV and home theatre system. There are two large bedrooms each with walk-in closet and bathroom. The second floor is comprised of 2 large bedrooms each with private balcony and extra-large jacuzzi from which one can relax and watch the sights over Patong bay.
Phuket Villa – Kitchen
The Villa boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave, stoves & ovens, electric cooker hood over a center island design with plenty of equipment cabinets. You will find all the conveniences and utensils to which you are accustomed.
Phuket Villa – Living Room
A panoramic view living room, with folding doors that allow the room to be totally opened, offers great views of Phuket lush tropical rain forest, Patong bay and swimming pool. The living room is set at one end of the house and surrounded by a large outdoor balcony with garden furniture aplenty. The perfect setting for entertaining your family and friends.
Phuket Villa – Bedrooms
The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms including a large balcony overlooking great view and landscapes. The villa includes two master bedrooms equipped with flat screen TVs, home theatre systems and jacuzzi for two. All rooms are air-conditioned, come with decorative fan, and feature polished teak wood floor, rich Thai silk & fabrics, and are equipped with en suite facilities. Cable TVs are in every bedroom.
Phuket Villa – Pool
Each villa has its own private salt water swimming pool powered by the latest filtration system to ensure low maintenance and high reliability. The pool itself is set within its own tropical garden with commanding views of the Andaman sea. Pool lounges and beach towels are available for guests.

Prices are based on the season and for a minimum 4 day stay – additional surcharge 25% for less than 4 days. Please inquire about discounts for longer-term stays.
